Developed from the Siemens Youth Pilot Program 2005, the Siemens Youth Program is specially designed to allow secondary school students learn more about Siemens Ltd. in Hong Kong and Macau, in addition to developing their transferable skills such as teamwork and leadership. We hope to introduce the many different industries in which Siemens operates whilst giving the youths an opportunity to experience an office environment, meet our people and perhaps aid them in making career decisions of their own.
