Siemens Volunteer Team

Being a company with much focus on making contributions to the local communities, Siemens extends a lot of support to its employees in participating in social services. In 2003, it has partnered with St. James Settlement to deliver various types of social services to different communities.

Siemens Volunteer Team has been growing since its establishment in 2003. It has more than 50 members by now (about 12% of total staff) and over 150 staff and family members have participated in our volunteer program.

A working committee is elected every year for the overall planning and coordination of all the volunteer work and social service programmes. For year 2005-2006, the Team planned to organize 4 service activities on top of supporting some outside NGO services.
