Power Transmission and Distribution (PTD) provides products, systems, services and complete solutions to utilities and industry. Our portfolio ranges from switchgear and transformers over turnkey solutions to protection and network control systems. It helps to ensure a smooth operation around the clock by a secured supply of electricity.

  
To meet the constantly increasing demand for electricity in Macau, Companhia Electricidade de Macau, CEM S.A., has recently awarded Siemens two contracts for the turnkey supply of a 66kV and 110kV substation. For these projects, Siemens' scope includes the design, supply, erection and commissioning of High and Medium Voltage Switchgear, Power Transformers and Substation Control Systems. In addition Siemens has regularly delivered to CEM in the last years equipments like transformers and switchgears.
